This absolutely free list includes a lot of money making ideas and proven methods, but I’m sure its not complete and if anyone wants to contribute something else, please feel free to leave a comment below.

The list is split in several categories. Making money online for beginners, for people without any technical knowledge, and not interested in running their own websites, or for someone who is willing to do some extra work, which can ultimately lead to a bigger pay off. Yes, you can make a few bucks fast, but if you’re looking to make a living online, you’ll have to put some work into it. There is no free cheese, unless its in a mouse trap : ) Keep that in mind when you’re reading hyped up sales letters on flashy websites, promising you overnight riches.

So here is the list:

Make money online with no investments and sometimes even without hard work:

1. Paid Surveys. Yes, they do pay. There are plenty of companies who are willing to pay you a few dollars for filling out a survey or trying out a new product. Do you want to voice your opinion or be a lab rat ? Here is your chance.

2. Get paid to post in forums. New forums spring up daily and the owners need a jump start. They will pay you a few dollars for a few theme related posts, so they could start filling the forums up with content. Not a bad way to make a few extra bucks, since you’re probably trolling the forums for free all day long anyway.

3. Become a Forum Moderator. Read the posts and combat spammers. Yes, you can get paid to do it.

4. Become a Game Tester. Can you play a half finished game and find the bugs ? Software companies will pay for it. Yes, it can get annoying playing a half finished game that is full of bugs, but you’re in it for the money, right ?

5. Stock Photos. Do you like photography ? Have you been taking thousands of pictures during your travels, or your cute kids at home ? Or your favorite pet ? Sell them. Good quality images are being used by websites and newspapers every day. And you can collect royalties on something that has been collecting digital dust on your hard drive.

6. Google referral program: Do you drive around all day for work or pleasure ? Know any good routes to your favorite places ? Google will pay you to take pictures and verify information.

7. Fiverr.com can be a mini goldmine. Do something for $5. You really need to take a look at that site to see the potential. Write a song for someone, make video, take a picture of yourself. Become someone’s facebook girlfriend, so they could show you off to their friends. Do social bookmarks, Send a postcard from the exotic place you live in, make a prank call. Whatever you’re willing to do for Five Dollars. Possibilities are endless.

8. About.com Guide. Do you have any kind of expertise in some area ? About.com will pay you a share of their ad revenue to become a guide.

9. Write software reviews. Softwarejudge.com is one of the companies that will pay you to do it.

10. CPU Sharing. Do you have a powerful PC that you use to play Solitaire ? Go to CPU Shares, and they will pay you for your unused CPU cycles. You can still keep playing solitaire while making money.

11. Design T-Shirts, or coffee mugs and sell your designs at CaffePress.com

12. Get paid to read emails, articles, and visit websites. There are many websites that will pay you for it. Matrixmails.com for example.

13. Get paid to click. Has a potential to earn even more. Clicksense.com is an example site.

14. Get paid for helping people find jobs. There are companies that will pay freelance referrers for referring jobs to other people. Referearns.com as an example.

15. Get paid to post and share ideas and participate in discussions. There are revenue sharing websites that will allow you to do that and will share some of their advertising streams with you. 17. Ebay: Do you have something you don’t need lying around ? Sell it on Ebay.

18. Go to garage sales, goodwill, etc, buy something cheap, sell it on Ebay or Amazon.

19. Arbitrage between Craigslist and Ebay. You’ll need to spend some time researching price differences between the sites and possibly finding a niche you’re interested in.

20. Become and Ebay sales letter writer. Are you good at writing sales letters and product promotions ? Solicit the sellers of high ticket Ebay items that lack good sales copy. They’ll be happy to pay you a small % fee. Plenty of business to be found there.

27. Application installer. You can get paid for installing applications for clients. You’d probably need to start a website that advertises that service.

28. Software writer. You write small pieces of software and sell them online.

29. Become a Link Broker. Website owners are always in search of good links to their sites. You can find those who are willing to sell and those who are willing to buy. Can be a very lucrative business model with ongoing commissions.

32. Voiceovers. If you have a great voice, you can provide a service for online video and audio creators.

33. Audio Expert. Audio engineers can get paid to set up audio seminars, webinars and a variety of audio editing related services. Create and sell license to music loops, sound effects, etc.

50. Buy and sell websites. Flipping websites can be very lucrative way to make money online. There are many sites where owners just don’t realize the full value or potential of what they have. Or simply are tired, bored, and not willing to spend any more time on their site. Buy low sell high. Online auction sites like Flippa.com is one of the biggest website auctions.

51. Buy and sell domain names. Virtual real estate. Domain prices vary from worthless to priceless with plenty of room to play in between. Visit forums and auctions and look for opportunities like with the websites.

52. PLR ( stands for Private Label Rights ) – There are many ways to make money with PLR, you can write your own articles or ebooks and sell rights to them, or you can purchase rights to other people’s products, modify them and sell them. Please pay attention to the actual list of rights you get with the product you buy, and if you’re creating products yourself don’t give it away.

53. Creating your own product. This is the Big One. Probably one of the most if not the most profitable way to make money online. Books, Videos, Training Courses, Software, etc… create products, engage JV partners and affiliates, sit back, and let them do all the work. Or you can start working on the next product.

Now here are a few other methods that I don’t necessarily endorse, but are ways to make money online nonetheless.

54. Stock trading. Yes… The Great Stock Market. Sit in your underwear at home and make millions. Is it possible ? Absolutely. You can also lose millions. As a former pro hedge fund trader myself, I can tell you that this can be a very stressful occupation and trading with your own money is riskier and more difficult then you think. Of course if you trade with some other people’s money, that’s different. Its fun ! But can still burn you out over time.And don't get ran over by the stampede of Bulls, Bears and people from Connecticut.

55. Trading Forex. Huge industry. A little different from trading stocks. But the same idea. And I’d stay away from all those trading robots that will make you rich.. Hint: they won’t .

56. Online Gambling. Well, what can I say, its gambling. There is a debate if Poker is gambling or not, but you can lose your money on it either way; )

57. Online Sports betting. Same deal. But hey, some people make money online with that too.
